Is there a free preview or free signup credit?
Each Google account can request one free, watermarked first-timer image preview, subject to the daily limit. No card or video credits are needed. The still image does not preview movement, lip sync or sound. Finished 15-second videos cost 20–50 credits; packs start at $9.99. There are no free video or signup credits and no subscription.
What happens after I buy credits?
Once payment is confirmed, the credits appear in your account. If you opened checkout from the generator, you return to your saved cast. Payment does not start a video automatically: you choose when to generate.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Credit packs have no scheduled expiry and do not renew automatically. If a completed payment has not appeared in your balance, contact support with the order reference before buying again.
Do I get a refund if generation fails?
Confirmed failed tasks return the credits they used. Tasks still processing or awaiting review need a status check first. Returning credits is different from a payment refund, which is reviewed separately under the refund policy.
